Do I need a developer to use Easy?+

No. Every core action — accepting a payment, sending an invoice, processing a refund, setting up a subscription — works from the dashboard with no code. If you do have a developer, our REST API and webhooks are available, but they're never required.

What documents do I need to sign up?+

An EIN (or SSN if you're a sole proprietor), the business's legal name and address, and the bank account where you want your payouts to land. We pull most underwriting data automatically — you won't need to upload tax returns or business plans.

How long until I can take a real payment?+

Median time from signup to first accepted payment is under five minutes. Approval is automatic for most merchants; the longest part of the process is usually deciding on the checkout color.

Is there a setup fee or contract?+

No. There's no setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no contract. You pay per transaction, and only when you take one.

What if I'm switching from another processor?+

Switching is the same flow as signing up — there's no migration step. If you want help moving subscriptions or saved cards, our support team handles that as a white-glove import.
