Easy Labs, Inc. — Legal

Cookie Policy

Last Updated: June 3, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Easy Labs, Inc. ("Easy," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our public-facing website at https://itseasy.co (the "Site") and on the Easy dashboard at https://app.itseasy.co (the "Service").

A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer. Cookies let websites recognize your device across visits and remember information about you — such as your preferences or your sign-in state.

By using the Site or Service, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this policy. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings, as described in Section 5 below.

1.What cookies do

Cookies and similar technologies (including local storage and pixel tags) serve three broad purposes on most websites:

  • ·Keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences across pages and visits.
  • ·Helping the site owner understand which pages are visited and how people use them, so the site can be improved.
  • ·Showing advertising that may be more relevant to you, on the site or elsewhere on the web.

The next sections describe which of these categories we use, and which we don't.

2.Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the operation of the Site and Service. They include, for example, cookies that let you log into secure areas, remember the theme you've selected, and maintain a session as you move between pages.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent and cannot be disabled in our preferences without breaking parts of the Service. If you block them in your browser, some pages may not function correctly.

Examples of strictly necessary cookies we use

  • ·Session cookies: Maintain your signed-in session on the Easy dashboard. These expire when you sign out or close your browser.
  • ·Authentication cookies: Confirm your identity on protected pages. Set by Easy and by our infrastructure providers when you log in.
  • ·Preference cookies: Remember settings you've chosen, such as your theme (light or dark) or other UI options. Persist across visits until you clear them.
  • ·Security cookies: Help detect and prevent fraud and abuse, including cross-site request forgery protection.

3.Analytical and performance cookies

These cookies allow us to recognize and count visitors and to see how visitors move around the Site and Service. They help us understand which pages are popular, how long people spend on them, and where things might be confusing — all of which lets us improve the experience.

Analytical cookies are typically set by a third-party analytics provider (for example, a privacy-focused analytics tool or a major platform like Google Analytics). They may collect information such as the pages you visit, the time you spend on each page, your approximate location (from your IP address), the type of device you're using, and the referring website that brought you here.

Current status: Easy does not currently run third-party analytics on the Site. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and — where required by applicable law — request your consent before any analytical cookies are set.

4.Targeting and advertising cookies

These cookies record your visit, the pages you've visited, and the links you've followed in order to make advertising more relevant to your interests. They are typically set by advertising networks (for example, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or X/Twitter) and may be used to build a profile of your interests across the web.

Current status: Easy does not currently use targeting or advertising cookies. We do not share data with advertising networks for the purpose of behavioral retargeting. If this changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

5.How to manage or disable cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you see what cookies are stored, delete them individually or in bulk, and block new cookies from being set — either globally or on a per-site basis. The exact location of these controls varies by browser:

  • ·Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
  • ·Apple Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
  • ·Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
  • ·Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.

If you disable strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Service — including sign-in, dashboard navigation, and saved preferences — will not work correctly.

You can also opt out of being tracked by individual analytics or advertising networks. Most major networks publish opt-out tools at their own websites; for a consolidated overview, see the Digital Advertising Alliance's WebChoices tool (https://optout.aboutads.info) or the Network Advertising Initiative's opt-out page (https://optout.networkadvertising.org).

6.Your rights

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If you're located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we will request your consent before setting any non-essential cookies (analytical, targeting, or advertising). You can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal. You also have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other US states

If you're a resident of a US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. As of the date of this policy, Easy does not sell personal information and does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. If this changes, we will provide a clear mechanism (typically a 'Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information' link) on the Site.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable. Browsers sending a GPC signal will be treated as having opted out of any sale or sharing of personal information that would otherwise be permitted under those state laws.

7.Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, give you notice via the Site or Service.
